Soothe it is first aid in a jar. Use it to soothe windburn, sunburn and chapped lips. You can mix a tiny bit of it into eye see it in the winter for extra hydration around the delicate eye area. I even tap a bit of it around the eyes lightly on top of finished make up to “blur” fine lines. For a medically depleted skin, such as a skin going through chemotherapy or on any strong medication regimen don’t forget to gently exfoliate with scrub it, hydrate it with drench it and revitalize it with revive it mask. For long days when make up has to stand the test of time hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Drench it is ideal because it is pure hydration providing you with a bright fresh face … all day. If you have an oily skin I can’t stress enough the importance of hydration!!! Hydration is not to be confused with moisturizing which typically puts oil in skin. Hydration is essential to maintaining our skin. We can’t live without water and neither can our skin. When your skin is properly hydrated you will get a balanced and normalized skin. I have always said to listen to what your skin is telling you. It will tell you what it needs. If you are having too many breakouts your skin is signaling an alarm for you to take notice and change what you are “feeding it”. The same thing goes for a skin that is feeling dry, tight and looking dehydrated—change what you are “feeding it”. Skin often takes trial and error to find what works best for it. Sometimes you mix and match to find the happy medium for your skin. Face it by Camilla allows you that option which is a breakthrough and a new way to use skincare. I also recommend using more intense treatment during the day instead of at night. It is during the day that our skin takes what I call “a beating” from our day to day living such as work, stress, the environment, heating and air conditioning and our after hours habits. Our skin also has a tendency to dehydrate during the course of the day. Yet, another reason for more care during the day. At night I keep it light but effective with either a serum or smooth it for proper night time care. Your skin will wake up refreshed. Question? Suggestion? Camilla wants to hear from you.
